What Gonona BD's calculators do with your input
Nothing leaves your browser for most tools. Every calculator and converter on this site (income tax, VAT, land units, EMI, FDR, DPS, GPA, BMI, percentage, age, the phonetic typing tool, the Bijoy/Unicode converter, the amount-to-words converter, the word counter, and the QR code generator) runs as JavaScript on your device. The numbers and text you type are used only to display a result on your screen. They are never transmitted to Gonona BD or stored anywhere.
Prayer times and Hijri date conversion
The prayer times and Hijri calendar converter tools send your selected city and date to the Aladhan API (aladhan.com), a third-party prayer-times service, to calculate the result. No other personal information is sent, and Gonona BD doesn't store the request.
The translator tool
The phrasebook on the translator page runs locally like the other tools. If you use the "Open in Google Translate" button, your text is placed into a Google Translate URL and a new tab is opened. That request goes directly to Google, governed by Google's own privacy policy, not Gonona BD's.
Standard website data
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and performance purposes. We don't use this to identify individuals or build user profiles.
Cookies and advertising
Gonona BD does not use tracking cookies or personalised advertising as of this writing. If that changes in the future, this page will be updated to reflect it.
